CP Rail engineers, conductors go on strike

(Reuters) - Locomotive engineers and conductors at Canadian Pacific Railway (CP.TO) went on strike on Wednesday after failing to reach a contract agreement, a union body said.

Teamsters Canada Rail Conference, representing locomotive engineers and conductors at CP Rail, said "it will not walk away from the negotiation table", and talks will resume in the morning.
