CANADA FX-C$ stumbles after Canada retail sales data

TORONTO, June 21 (Reuters) - Canada's dollar weakened against its U.S. counterpart on Thursday after domestic data showed retail sales unexpectedly dropped in April.

The Canadian dollar fell to C$1.0218 versus the U.S. dollar, or 97.87 U.S. cents, from about C$1.0195 just before the data's release.
