CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher on stimulus hopes

TORONTO, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Canadian stocks opened higher on
Monday, buoyed by hopes for stimulus measures in the United
States and China.
    The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
 was up 15.2 points, or 0.13 percent, at 12,097.43 soon
after the open.
