CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens lower as Potash, Goldcorp slip after results

TORONTO, July 25 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index
opened lower on Thursday as earnings reports from some of the
country's bellwether companies, including Potash Corp 
and Goldcorp Inc, disappointed investors.
    The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
 was down 23.20 points, or 0.18 percent, at 12,649.10
shortly after the open.
