CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens lower as commodities weaken

TORONTO, Dec 11 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened
lower on Wednesday after weakness in commodity prices weighed on
shares of natural resource companies and investors processed
news of a U.S. budget deal.
    The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
 was down 16.29 points, or 0.12 percent, at 13,307.72
shortly after the open.
