CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as gold miners offset industrials
TORONTO May 14 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened higher, as gains in the materials sector, led by gold miners, offset weakness led by the industrial group.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was up 33.94 points, or 0.23 percent, at 15,014.66 shortly after the open. (Reporting by Solarina Ho)
