TORONTO, June 1 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index seesawed on Thursday as short-seller target Asanko Gold Inc tumbled, offsetting a rebound in the shares of Element Fleet Management Corp.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was down 1.06 points, or 0.01 percent, at 15,348.85, shortly after the open. Four of the index's 10 main groups were lower. (Reporting by Fergal Smith; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
