CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher after U.S. data drives gains

TORONTO, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index edged
higher on Thursday as positive U.S. economic data helped drive
gains across most major sectors, offsetting a decline in
gold-mining shares.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
was up 11 points, or 0.08 percent, at 13,441.01
shortly after the open.
