TORONTO, March 9 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index ended flat on Thursday as Canadian Natural Resources led a rebound in energy shares after sharp losses the day before, offsetting losses for financial sector shares.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed down 0.14 of a point at 15,496.84. Six of the index's 10 main groups ended lower. (Reporting by Fergal Smith; Editing by Sandra Maler)
