CANADA STOCKS-TSX may edge up, U.S. results, EU news eyed

April 16 (Reuters) - Toronto’s main stock index looked set to open slightly higher on Monday, tracking global markets, as a strong start to the U.S. earnings season offered some support, though investors remained cautious about rising Spanish borrowing costs ahead of a bond auction this week.
