Toronto stocks turn negative in broad decline
TORONTO, June 6 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index retreated into negative territory on Friday afternoon, softening as broad declines outweighed advances in resources while the price of oil spiked by more than $10.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 2.17 points, or 0.01 percent, at 14,980.74. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; editing by Rob Wilson)
