Toronto stocks shed 200 pts, led by energy shares
TORONTO, June 19 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index slumped further on Thursday, giving up more than 200 points, as it was yanked down by weak oil and gas shares, and worries about rising inflation.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 232.67 points, or 1.54 percent, at 14,840.46 by early afternoon. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; editing by Rob Wilson)
