CANADA STOCKS-Oil, TD Bank warning deepen TSX fall

TORONTO Nov 20 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index sank nearly 5 percent near the open on Thursday as oil slid and the financials group was pressured by a results warning from Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD.TO: Quote).

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE fell 405.82 points, or 4.8 percent, to 8,084.74. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; Editing by Peter Galloway)
