CANADA STOCKS-TSX closes higher on commodities
TORONTO Nov 27 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index rose on Thursday on strength in energy and materials issues on hopes the market will soon find a bottom.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed up 111.67 points, or 1.29 percent, at 8,755.19. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Rob Wilson)
