Toronto stocks drop as oil prices fall
TORONTO, July 31 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index fell on Thursday, sliding late in the session as energy and other resource shares were knocked lower by a more than $2 drop in oil prices.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 74.16 points, or 0.54 percent, at 13,609.05. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Peter Galloway)
