CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens slightly lower after big selloff
TORONTO, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index opened slightly lower on Friday, after a brutal selloff in the previous session, despite some positive employment data on both sides of the border.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE opened down 2.06 points at 12,378.07. (Reporting by Claire Sibonney; editing by Peter Galloway)
