CANADA STOCKS-TSX rises 2 pct after turning negative post-Fed
TORONTO, Aug 9 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index gained 2 percent on Tuesday, paring losses and rallying after briefly turning negative following a statement from the U.S. Federal Reserve.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 233.96 points, or 2 percent, at 11,904.92. (Reporting by Trish Nixon; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
