CANADA STOCKS-TSX rises 1 pct on energy, base metals

 TORONTO, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market
index rose more than 1 percent on Wednesday morning, driven by
rallying energy, base metals and financial shares.
 The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was up
119.20 points, or 1 percent, at 11,994.75. .GSPTSE,
