CANADA STOCKS-TSX rally stalls on Asia, Europe economic data
TORONTO, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index opened lower on Thursday as resource issues fell after data showed Asia and Europe's factories stalled, halting optimism generated by Wednesday's rally.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE dropped 40.05 points, or 0.3 percent, to 12,164.06 shortly after the open. (Reporting by Jon Cook; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
