TORONTO, June 12 (Reuters) - Canadian stocks dipped into negative territory on Tuesday as concerns about Europe's lingering debt crisis offset gains from gold miners and a windfall deal for Bombardier Inc.

The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index fell 16.28 points to briefly touched a session low at 11,385.50.
