Toronto stocks dragged down by financials, golds

TORONTO, Feb 4 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange’s main index slid on Monday as gains in the energy sector were undercut by profit-taking among shares in banks and gold miners.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 57.01 points, or 0.43 percent, at 13,261.36. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Peter Galloway)
