Toronto stocks end volatile session lower
TORONTO, March 7 (Reuters) - After a choppy day, the Toronto Stock Exchange's main index closed sharply lower on Friday, trimming earlier losses but still weighed by falling resource shares and jitters over the U.S. economy.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 102.26 points, or 0.77 percent, at 13,258.18. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Peter Galloway)
