Toronto stock index up 100 pts on firm resources
TORONTO, April 4 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index jumped 100 points on Friday morning, spurred higher by red-hot mining and energy shares.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE rose 100.75 points, or 0.7 percent, to 13,652.04 with four of its 10 main sectors on positive terrain.
