Toronto stocks slightly higher on oils and golds

TORONTO, April 9 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange’s main index ended little changed on Wednesday, as nagging worries over further fallout from the credit crunch offset gains in resources, while oil surged to a fresh record high.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed up 14.65 points, or 0.11 percent, at 13,742.18. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Peter Galloway)
