Toronto stocks jump 100 points as oils gain

TORONTO, April 28 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange’s main index climbed 100 points on Monday morning, propelled by strong energy shares that benefited from advancing oil prices.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 102.23 points, or 0.7 percent, at 14,206.10. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Peter Galloway)
