Toronto stocks up 100 pts, led by oil firms, techs
TORONTO May 12 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index jumped 100 points on Monday morning, as technology and energy shares were pulled higher by gains in Research In Motion RIM.TO and EnCana Corp (ECA.TO: Quote).
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 100.42 points, or 0.7 percent, at 14,621.61. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Bernadette Baum)
