Toronto stocks lifted by strong resources

TORONTO, June 17 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange’s main index pushed higher on Tuesday, racking up its third session of triple-digit gains as resource issues rose despite soft commodity prices.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed up 120.32 points, or 0.81 percent, at 15,064.60. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; editing by Rob Wilson)
