Toronto stocks tumble 100 points, resources weigh
TORONTO, July 2 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index tumbled 100 points in a volatile session, as material shares extended losses and financial issues reversed.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 100.54 points, or 0.7 percent, at 14,366.49 just before noon. The benchmark index had climbed 100 points at the start of the session before giving up gains. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Scott Anderson)
