Toronto stock index falls 1.5 pct on commodities

TORONTO Aug 15 (Reuters) - Toronto Stock Exchange's main index fell 200 points on Friday, yanked lower by slumping energy and commodity shares.

Shortly after the open, the S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 200.25 points, or 1.5 percent, at 13,158.66. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; Editing by Jeffrey Jones)
