TORONTO, Sept 3 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index extended losses on Wednesday, tumbling for the second day a row in a broad decline sparked by weak resource issues.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 200.62 points, or 1.5 percent, at 13,098.92 on the heels of a more than 3 percent drop in the previous session. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; editing by Rob Wilson)
