Toronto stocks bounce into positive territory

TORONTO, Sept 11 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange’s main index popped up into positive territory on Thursday, climbing back from a steep loss earlier in the day as resource and tech shares firmed.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 1.94 points at 12,499.09 late in the morning. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Peter Galloway)
