Toronto stock index down 2.4 pct as oils sag
TORONTO Oct 22 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index fell at the open on Wednesday as the price of oil eased to near 16-month lows and put pressure on energy issues.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE fell 234.09 points, or 2.39 percent, to 9,561.71, with all but one of its 10 main groups lower.
