CANADA STOCKS-Commodities push TSX down further
TORONTO Nov 12 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index sank 4 percent on Wednesday afternoon in a broad retreat led by the energy and materials groups, which fell as commodities prices were pressured by worries that demand is weakening.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 400.16 points, or 4.25 percent, at 9,023.84. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; Editing by Peter Galloway)
