CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns positive as commodities rise

TORONTO, Nov 26 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange’s main index turned positive at midday on Wednesday as strength in commodities overcame the pall cast by BCE (BCE.TO), whose stock tumbled after the company said its big leveraged buyout deal was in jeopardy.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE rose 5.21 points to 8,448.07. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
