CANADA STOCKS-TSX ends broadly lower, led down by energy

TORONTO Dec 18 (Reuters) - Toronto’s main stock index fell nearly 4 percent on Thursday, as a sharp drop in oil prices yanked energy stocks lower, while economic concerns pressured the broader market.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE ended unofficially down 331.03 points, or 3.79 percent, at 8,393.08. (Reporting by Cameron French; editing by Peter Galloway)
