CANADA STOCKS-TSX falls 1.2 percent at open, hurt by commodities

TORONTO Feb 2 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell at the open on Monday as underlying commodity prices slipped and concern mounted about the global economy and deteriorating corporate profits.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE fell 104.90 points, or 1.21 percent, to 8,590 at the open. All 10 sectors were in the red. (Reporting by Ka Yan Ng; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
