CANADA STOCKS-TSX dragged lower by bank plan concerns

TORONTO, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell 3 percent on Tuesday afternoon as energy and financial issues sank on concerns over the U.S. bank rescue plan.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE dropped 3.05 percent, or 275.53 points, to 8,771.75, with all of the index's 10 main groups lower. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Rob Wilson)
