CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns negative as gold miners weigh

TORONTO, March 3 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index turned negative on Tuesday morning after rising 1 percent near the open, as gold mining shares dropped along with the price of bullion.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 2.20 points at 7,685.31. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan)
