CANADA STOCKS-TSX rallies, helped by oil, banks
TORONTO, March 12 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index rallied on Thursday afternoon as energy shares climbed in tandem with oil prices and financials extended gains for a third session on hopes that the global banking crisis is easing.
