CANADA STOCKS-TSX crosses 10,000 for first time since Nov
TORONTO May 6 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index jumped more than 1 percent at the open in a broad rally led by resources and financials, the index's biggest groups, to propel the index past the 10,000 mark for the first time since Nov. 5.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE gained 137.40 points, or 1.39 percent, to 10,018.12 shortly after the open. Nine of the index's 10 main groups were higher. (Reporting by Ka Yan Ng; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
