CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens lower as energy, metals weaken

TORONTO, May 21 (Reuters) - Toronto’s main stock market index fell at the open on Thursday as weakness in energy and materials issues pressured the resource-heavy market.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 133.88 points, or 1.3 percent, at 10,098.56, with all 10 of its main groups lower. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
