CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as commodities rally
TORONTO May 29 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index opened higher on Friday as commodity shares climbed along with oil and metals prices after U.S. data fanned optimism about a global economic recovery.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE rose 82.25 points, or 0.79 percent, to 10,474.62. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
