CANADA STOCKS-TSX drops on weaker resource prices

TORONTO, June 18 (Reuters) - Toronto’s main stock index fell just after the open on Thursday morning, extending a four-day retreat, as sagging oil and metals prices pressured the resource-heavy market.

At 9:34 a.m. (1334 GMT), the S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 2.22 points, at 10,063.89, after opening slightly higher. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
