CANADA STOCKS-TSX rallies 1 percent on energy, financials

TORONTO, June 29 (Reuters) - Toronto’s main stock index rose 1 percent on Monday morning as higher oil prices boosted its big energy sector, while financial shares gained on optimism about economic recovery.

At 10:19 a.m. (1419 GMT), the S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 106.71 points, or 1.03 percent, at 10,496.47. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
