CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens little changed in thin market

TORONTO, July 3 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index was little changed at the open on Friday, and trading for the day was expected to be thin with the U.S. markets closed for the Independence Day holiday.

At 9:33 a.m. (1333 GMT), the S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up nearly a point at 10,246.08, after slipping 14.79 points at the open. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
