TORONTO, July 21 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index turned negative on Tuesday morning after opening higher as the mining-heavy materials sector weighed on the resource-heavy index.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE fell 8.08 points to 10,532.63. Five of the TSX's 10 subindexes were lower. (Reporting by Nina Lex; editing by Peter Galloway)
