CANADA STOCKS-TSX ends lower on weak gold, profit-taking
TORONTO, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index closed lower on Monday as gold miners fell on weaker gold prices and investors took profits after the index logged its fourth straight week of gains last week.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 77.08 points, or 0.71 percent, at 10,808.25. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
