CANADA STOCKS-TSX dives on doubt about economic recovery
TORONTO, Aug 17 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index opened sharply lower on Monday as commodity-linked stocks sank with oil and metals prices on worries over the pace of economic recovery.
Shortly after the open, the Toronto Stock Exchange S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 327.66 points, or 3.02 percent, at 10,520.35, with all of its 10 main groups lower. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Peter Galloway)
