CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens flat ahead of Fed

 TORONTO, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index got
off to a flat start on Wednesday morning following a rally the
previous session as investors were unwilling to make major
moves ahead of a key U.S. Federal Reserve policy statement.
 The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE rose 1.05 points, or
0.01 percent, to 11,586.78.
