CANADA STOCKS-TSX ends near 3-week high with oil's support
TORONTO, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index closed higher for the first time this week as sturdy oil prices lifted Suncor Energy (SU.TO: Quote) and other energy players, while upbeat U.S. corporate earnings helped boost sentiment.
